DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between the seller whose information is given below (“Seller”) and the buyer whose information is given below (“Buyer”) regarding the sale of goods and/or services sold electronically, in accordance with Turkish law.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of goods/services offered by the Seller to the Buyer. The Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the basic features, sales price and payment method of the goods/services subject to the Agreement through the Website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The Seller delivers the goods/services subject to the Contract to the address specified by the Buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3. If the Buyer is not at the address specified by the Seller during the delivery of the goods, the Seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled its responsibility to complete the delivery. In this case, the Buyer shall organize the delivery himself.
4.4. The Buyer is obliged to check the goods subject to the Contract upon receipt and to immediately notify the Seller in case of any damage/deficiency.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. The Buyer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must notify the Seller of his withdrawal request in writing or via permanent data storage.
5.3. The Buyer is obliged to send the goods subject to the Contract back to the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification to the Seller regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
6. DISPUTE CASE
6.1. In disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties agree to first seek reconciliation. If no solution can be reached, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts where the Buyer is domiciled are competent.
7. ENTRY INTO EFFECT
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the parties.
